Priscilla was raised in Orange County, residing in the small city of La Habra. She studied at Cal
State Fullerton where she earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She was raised by
Spanish-speaking parents and is bilingual. Outside the office, Priscilla enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as attending Angel games or just binge-watching a show.
